Refund Policy

There are no refunds. Once a Lifetime license key has been issued or activated for TsEmailValidator.exe, the purchase is final and non-refundable under all circumstances.

Why we do not offer refunds

We provide a Free trial that lets you validate up to 200 emails before buying. This trial exists so you can test accuracy, speed, and workflow on your own machine and internet connection before purchasing.

• Test thoroughly with the Free trial (200 emails) before you buy.
• After license activation / key delivery, no refund will be issued — whether results meet your expectations or not.
• Shared, resold, or abused license keys are not eligible for any exception.
• The Free plan involves no payment and therefore has no refund.

Important: how validation works

Validation speed and results depend on your internet connection, ISP routing, mail-server responses, and optional SOCKS5 proxy. Checks run through your own network/ISP (or your proxy), not through our cloud servers. Please evaluate this during the trial before purchasing.
