These Terms govern your use of TsEmailValidator.exe provided by TimeSolutionZ. By downloading, installing, or activating the software, you agree to these terms.
1. License
Options include a Free trial (up to 200 email validations) and a Lifetime license ($43 one-time) for unlimited validation on the licensed machine. License keys may not be shared, resold, or redistributed.
2. No refunds
All paid purchases are final. After a Lifetime license key is issued or activated, there is no refund for any reason. Use the Free trial (200 emails) to evaluate the product before buying. See our Refund Policy.
3. Network / ISP disclaimer
Email validation is performed from your computer through your ISP connection or your configured SOCKS5 proxy. Speed and deliverability of SMTP checks depend on your network, destination mail servers, and greylisting/rate limits. We do not guarantee a fixed validation speed.
4. Acceptable use
Use TsEmailValidator.exe only for lawful email-list verification. Do not use it to send spam or violate anti-spam laws.
5. Limitation of liability
TsEmailValidator.exe is provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the software or from ISP/network conditions.
